Although frenotomy is considered a minor, quick procedure, it may be stressful. Being prepared keeps nerves calm and allows for a smoother experience. 

As a lactation consultant, I have guided many families to and through the day of frenotomy.

In this episode, I share some key takeaways from this experience - such as questions to ask a provider before you trust them with your precious baby, what to have on hand for after, and how to feel the least trauma because you'll have the confidence that you are ready to handle any challenges that may arise.
